20+ years of litigation and insurance defense experience. Extensive experience in litigation. Thorough understanding of the processes and procedures used by insurance companies in evaluating and settling claims. Worked with the following companies either as the managing attorney or trial attorney handling lawsuits: Allstate, Nationwide, The Hartford, Fred Loya and Liberty Mutual Insurance companies. Successful trial attorney with over 100 jury trials. Tried cases in various counties throughout the state.
